VerifiedSeal.com Terms and Conditions as on 12/March/2005

The use of this website and all it's contents constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions :

1. VerifiedSeal.com is not liable for any incorrect information provided by it's members.
2. Details of our members is only indicative and may not necessarily be completely true or correct.
3. VerifiedSeal.com provides information given by it's members in the form of emailed or faxed documents which may be forged or incorrect. Although, VerifiedSeal.com tries to verify the member's information to it's best capability, it cannot be held liable for any damages which arise out of disputes between it's members and other entities.
4. VerifiedSeal.com has the right to refuse membership to any applicant without providing any reason. This may not necessarily mean that the applicant's credibility is being questioned.
5. VerifiedSeal.com will provide membership to applicants whose documents comply with the membership requirements. If an applicant is refused membership, their subscription amount will be refunded and they can apply again.
6. VerifiedSeal.com will charge a nominal yearly subscription to it's members which is non-refundable. VerifiedSeal.com will not charge the customer automatically during the following year of their membership, neither does VerifiedSeal.com store member's credit card details.
7. A member may discontinue it's membership by giving 1 month's prior notice.
8. VerifiedSeal.com members may use the VerifiedSeal.com logo only as prescribed in the membership confirmation email sent to them. VerifiedSeal.com is not responsible to misuse of it's logo on member or non-member sites. Misuse of our logo or site contents may result in cancellation of membership without notice. In such cases, the membership fee is non-refundable.
9. Our terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
